1. Admission and Enrollment
Admission to Pragnya Montessori School is granted based on the school’s admission criteria and seat availability. Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission. All information provided during the admission process must be accurate and complete. The school reserves the right to cancel admission if any information is found to be false or misleading.
2. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid within the prescribed timelines communicated by the school. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the school’s fee policy. Delay in payment may attract late fees or affect the continuation of services. The school reserves the right to revise fees periodically with prior notice to parents.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
Regular attendance is essential for a child’s academic and developmental progress. Parents are responsible for ensuring punctual arrival and timely pick-up of their child. Repeated absenteeism or late pick-up may require administrative review.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward peers, staff, and school property. Parents and guardians are expected to maintain respectful communication with teachers, staff, and management. Any behavior that disrupts the school environment may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or withdrawal.
5. Health and Safety
Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of admission and update the school if there are any changes. Children who are unwell should not be sent to school. The school will take reasonable measures to ensure safety but cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents beyond its control.
6. Communication
Official communication will be shared through designated school channels. Parents are responsible for staying informed about announcements, policies, schedules, and events communicated by the school.
7. Photographs and Media
The school may capture photographs or videos for academic documentation or promotional purposes. Such usage will be based on prior consent obtained from parents or guardians.
8. Withdrawal and Transfer
Parents wishing to withdraw their child must provide written notice as per the school’s withdrawal policy. Applicable notice periods and financial obligations must be fulfilled before issuing transfer certificates or relevant documents.
9. Changes to Policies
Pragnya Montessori School reserves the right to update or modify its policies, programs, curriculum, fee structure, or operational procedures when necessary. Parents will be informed of significant changes through official communication channels.
10. Limitation of Liability
While the school strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment, it shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, government directives, or other unforeseen disruptions.
By enrolling a child at Pragnya Montessori School, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
